I just had my son's Bar Mitzvah (Nov.15, 2008). I ordered the drawstring bags from you and primarily dealt with Brian. I got a lot of compliments for the drawstring bags. But more importantly, I wanted to let you know that Brian was a pleasure to work with. He was very responsive. I requested price quotes for different products and got his email within 24 hours or sooner. I requested a sample and I received it within the week. I received the bags on the day he informed me of delivery date. Brian was excellent and really responsive to my various requests. Friends have asked where I order the drawstrings and I told them about your company. I am sure to return to you for my daughters Bat Mitzvah in 2010.Thanks for a great job.
