Placing Orders:
Order Early
By ordering early you will be certain that your product will be there in plenty of time for your event.
Q: What is the normal turn around time for an order including the creation of artwork and actual printing?
A: About two to three weeks.
In a Rush?
Louie Max specializes in fast, reliable service.
Q: What if I need my order right away?
A: Rush service is available if you need your order within three weeks or sooner. Please call your customer service representative for details.
Ordering Extras
Q: If I need only a few more pieces of the job after I have already received the order can I get more?
A: It is very hard and time consuming to set the machines up for one or two pieces. We ask that you order a few extra in the event that you may have miscalculated. If it is imperative that you need to order more we can accommodate you. Pricing and cost will be discussed with you customer service representative and approved prior to production.

Pricing:
Set-Up Charge
Q: What does the set-up charge include?
A: The set-up charge includes the artwork plus the set-up charge for a one color imprint. Some items (i.e., embroidery , etc.) have different set-up charges depending on complexity of artwork. Please call your customer service representative for details.
Multiple Colors
Q: How does pricing work with a two or more color imprint?
A: Anytime a new color is added to artwork, a new screen has to be made. This meens another screen charge. It also increases the per unit price.
Multiple Printing Locations
Q:How does pricing work with more than one imprinted location to an item?
A: Anytime another location is printed on an item a new screen has to be made which means another screen charge. (ex. Left crest, full back, & sleeve = 3 locations. This means 3 new screen charges and 2 running charges per piece).
Mix & Match
Q: Can I mix and match sizes of clothing items or does it all have to be the same size?
A: You can mix and match sizes at no extra charge. XXL's and XXXL's will have an increase in price.
Q: Can I order different color garments with the same imprint?
A: As long as the imprint color stays constant on all garments ordered there will be no additional charges.
Q: Can we change the imprint color for some of the items in our order?
A: You can change the imprint color but you would have to pay a wash charge. (i.e. $20.00).
QTY's
Q: Is there a minimum order quantity?
A: Depending on the item requested. Some particular items have minimum printing requirements. Please call your customer serve representative for details.

Artwork:
Sample Art
Q: Am I limited to the artwork choices in the Art Gallery or can I create my own?
A: All the artworks that we show in the Art Gallery started out as an idea and a conversation. Feel free to mix and match pieces of artworks or give us an idea and we'll make it come to life.
Q: Can we supply our own artwork? If so what format should the file be saved as?
A: You can supply your own artwork. If possible, please save the file as a vectorized file. An .AI, .EPS or .PDF will work. If you do not have access to these then we can work with a JPEG.
Proofing
Q: Do I get to see a proof of my artwork before production?
A: Yes. All orders must be signed off on via email or fax. We email a proof of the art and placement for your approval. The first one or two proofs are free of charge. If major changes are to be made additional charges may occur. Your customer service representative will discuss any changes with you prior to moving forward with the job. Again, all charges must be approved prior to production.

We offer many shipping options to best suit your needs.
Q: Is shipping included?
A: Most items do not include shipping. All shipping charges are quoted in writing and you must approve them prior to order being placed in production.
Packaging
Q: Do you offer gift packaging?
A: We do - as an added service. Please call your customer service representative for details.
Delivery
We guarantee that your products will be delivered with care.
Q: What delivery methods do you offer?
A: We ship using FedEx, UPS and commercial messenger services. When necessary, we will personally deliver to your designated address .

Terms:
Policies and Procedures
We accept checks and all major credit cards. MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. We require a deposit for the artwork at the time of order placement. Balance is required when goods are put into production. Shipping charges are billed separate after the job has been shipped.
